NOTICE TO ALL USES OF THE DPS and DISC KITS

"The items contained in this test kit are for testing purposes only. Please do not allow the child to handle items such as the buttons, beads, blocks or bells at any time other than when directly testing the child using these materials. The examiner should constantly supervise the child to ensure that that no injuries occur".

For example, the bells are used to test Receptive Language and Auditory Attention and Memory skills with infants. Only the examiner should handle the bells. The child should not be allowed to play with the bells or any other item that could cause personal injury.
